Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged separately as a flat fee of AED 19, shown before you complete your order.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery within the UAE is 2–4 business days, unless stated otherwise. Delivery is UAE bound only.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via in-house delivery. Tracking information is provided where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country, unless we've stated otherwise.

Delivery Issues

If delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete information you provided, you may be responsible for a re-delivery fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent.

To be eligible, contact us within 1 day of receiving your order, with supporting evidence (e.g. photos). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions: opened or used supplement products are excluded from refund or return.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests go to info@KTSDrugstore.com.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges, except where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent. Requests must be made within [X] days of delivery, and the item must be unused, in original packaging.
